Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Yzzka Studio has NO RETURN, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS POLICY  as each item is handmade per order and due to sanitary reasons. We do not offer cancellation of any kind under any means. Please make sure all your information is correct before purchasing as we are not responsible.  

Damages?
If you notice anything wrong with your order please email at YZZKASTUDIO@GMAIL.COM within 24hrs of receiving your item with your order number and a photo. 
Depending on the damages we do offer free repair service :)

Did not receive an order?
Yzzka Studio is not liable if a mail carrier loses or damages an order. 

How long will it take to receive my product?
Since each piece is carefully handmade, please allow 7-14 days of creation before your order is shipped out. Only on special occasions pre order items may take longer to ship and will pass the 14 days mark. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery varies depending on location.
Due to the pandemic we cannot guarantee specific shipping or arrival days of your order.

Jewelry Care Instructions:
For the best care AVOID showering, wetting, sweating, or sleeping with your jewelry to maintain its color for a longer time. Our jewelry worn in the shower will not rust, however, if handled with care they may last for years. We apologize in advance if your item turns due to each person’s body oils that can make the metals react differently, it is not our responsibility to return, refund, or exchange your item.
